Refund & Exchange Policy

The Short Version

Because our products are digital downloads, they are deemed "used" immediately upon purchase. This means we generally do not offer refunds on downloaded items. However, we want you to love what you create! If you encounter a technical issue or make an honest mistake, we are here to help.

1. Defective or Corrupt Files

If a file you purchased is damaged, corrupt, or missing content, please contact us immediately. We will work with the designer to provide you with a corrected file as quickly as possible. If the file cannot be fixed, we will issue a full refund or store credit.

2. Accidental Duplicate Purchases

Bought the same kit twice? It happens to the best of us! If you accidentally purchase a product you already own, simply send us your order number within 30 days of purchase, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate item.

3. What is Not Eligible for a Refund?

To protect the intellectual property of our artists, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of Mind: Deciding you don't like the style or color after downloading.
  • Software Compatibility: Please check the product description to ensure you have the correct software (e.g., Photoshop, Procreate) to use the files before purchasing.
  • Mistaken Identity: Thinking a digital product was a physical item (paper/stamps) that would be shipped to you.

How to Request Support

If you have an issue with an order, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase. Please include your Order Number and a brief description of the issue so we can fix it for you!
