Licensing Information for Digital Artistry Products

We do not think customers should have to hunt for all applicable licensing information when trying to make a purchase. You shouldn't have to read a TOU that covers every product type in that shop, then hunt for various other FAQs to figure out if there are additional rules for that type of product.

Digital Artistry products come with straightforward licensing information.

The applicable license for each product is indicated on the product page, to the right of the product images. For example:

In the right column of the product page, you’ll find quick links to all Digital Artistry licenses for easy reference, and ALL of the licensing information for that product type is included in our license: 

Digital Artistry License by Product Type

By purchasing a downloadable (digital) product, you obtain a license to use the graphics, images, tools, and designs provided. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms of the user license. Please note that ownership and copyright of all items remain with the original designer.

Failure to adhere to these terms may result in civil action for copyright infringement. We reserve the right to change these terms of use, and you may download a current copy of these terms from this page.
