When it is really hot, I don't want ice cream - I yearn for popsicles. They're fruity, juicy, sweet with a little bit of tartness and oh, so refreshing. And I also love the colors - they seem to add a degree of refreshment by themselves, adding a splash of happiness when the heat and sun seem to turn life dusty and bland.
So here's a collection celebrating life, freshness, fun, happiness and Summer!
