Handcut Stencil Transparencies Vol. 1 is a commercial use transparent ovelay pack that features 8 different painted stencil overlays on a transparent background. These transparencies were created by hand cutting card into repeating patterns and thenusing them as stencils with acrylic paint. The images have been scanned and digitized for your convience.
