During my life, I have done a good many things, all of which have enabled me learn, grow and develop as a human being. Prior to digi-designing full time, I was a teacher-librarian which I enjoyed immensely. I had been a traditional paper scrapbooker previous to my retirement but once I discovered digi-scrapping, I was completely transported into an amazing new dimension. My paper supplies are now stacked in boxes gathering dust in my garage. I started designing a couple of years after I started creating photobooks using a fairly basic software program. Stepping up from there, I went from PSE 4 to PSE 5 then onto CS3 and now I work predominantly in CS6. The learning curve has been quite a challenge, because I’m not a hugely ‘techhy’ type of person. While at times I can be frustrated when trying to achieve a particular effect, for the most part I’ve amazed myself with what I’ve been able to achieve over these past nine years. The road through Digiland stretches ahead - I don’t want this journey to end – well, not just yet, anyway.
